Matters involving children can be very emotional and stressful for clients. At David Hurley Associates we offer two teams, one to assist clients who are seeking residence or to have contact with their children or grandchildren when families have broken up and one to assist clients when the Local Authority are taking proceedings.

Often problems relating to children need swift resolution and our teams are dedicated to providing focused attention to minimise the impact on the children.

Our fee earners are parents themselves, and whilst applying the law to solve problems, they will also understand the daily difficulties parents and grandparents face.
